Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes. Remember the prices do not include sales tax or any other fees associated with your rental.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
A.Everything! Parties, family reunions, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, vacation bible schools (VBS), summer camps and MORE! A large event fee will apply to non-residential/private parties.
Q.Does the standard 5 hour rental time include your set up time?
A.No, we arrive early to set-up before the rental time and tear down after the event ends based on the time indicated at checkout.
Q.When do you set up?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. Sometimes earlier depending on the day. If this is the case, we will call ahead of time to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A.No. The jump should be clean when you get it. C&K Party Rentals LLC cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit. That’s why we require the unit to be within 50’ of an outlet or generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker. If renting overnight, the unit must be turned off and the blower must be kept in safe storage.
Q.What about parks and similar venues?
A.We love setting up at parks and all other types of venues, but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park or other venue without electricity, you must rent a generator or supply your own with at least 3500 watts/outlet. We rent generators at a reasonable cost (see add-ons).
Q.Can I use a water hose for a regular bounce house?
A.The units that are capable of handling water are designated as wet/dry. Under no circumstance should a dry unit be used with water.
Q.Do I need to supply the water hose for a water unit?
A.Yes, and the hose needs to be out at delivery. If the hose is not out, we can’t test the unit. If you need us to troubleshoot a fee will apply.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Cancellation policy will be provided in the rental agreement at check-out. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a booking fee deposit of 35% in order to reserve your unit. You can, however, pay the entire fee at checkout if you would like.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete as well as indoors! Please let us know which surface we will be setting up on during checkout. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks or gravel as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. We also do not set up on sand as it can be very hard to remove from the unit.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. A copy of your signed rental agreement will be emailed to you after checkout. Our safety rules and safety procedures are available on the website and will also be provided at delivery.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. If you sign a damage waiver you are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams develop tears in high traffic areas over time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If damage that occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (ex: not turning off the blower in high winds), you will be held responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower regardless of damage waiver. The units can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want that to happen, which is why we have you sign and initial all of our safety rules so that you can be a trained operator.
