Requirements:

  • Occupancy:  6 People - 1000 lbs.
  • Outlets:  1 GFCI within 50' of set-up area (we have GFCI Connectors if needed)
  • Blower: 1.5 HP
  • Attendants:  1 per unit - someone Must be supervising occupants at all times
  • Setup Surface:  Indoor/Outdoor - Make sure to let us know what surface we will be setting up on at checkout (we do not set up on gravel/rock/sand)

Set-Up Prep/Info:

  • Set-up location must be free of fresh grass clippings, animal waste and sharp objects including sticks, rocks or any other hazard that could damage our unit
  • We are unable to set up directly under utility lines and must have at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides.
  • Must be easy access to for delivery vehicle as close to set-up location as possible - if ANY obstacles getting to set up area (gates, steps, hills, narrow walkways etc.) call office prior to booking - if unable to get to setup area upon delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery on site
  • Due to scheduling and routing we may arrive at your location in the early morning even if you event is in the afternoon (no additional fee) - If you require special scheduling please call our office ahead of time

Rental Includes:

  • Professional setup and teardown
  • Pre-cleaned/sanitized and inspected units
  • Stakes or sandbags (staking is preferred)
  • Tarps (If deemed necesarry by delivery team)
  • Extension Cords (up to 50 ft.)
  • On-site safety training to lessee and other attendant
  • Registration with the state of Pennsylvania
